Can you provide a brief overview of Bluesky Interactive?

Bluesky Interactive are a website design, software and marketing company specialising in the UK dealer marketplace. We’ve been around since 2002, and our main company focuses are on delivering strong measurable results for our clients, fostering mutually-beneficial relationships, and continually embracing technological innovation.

How did you first discover One Auto API?

We had encountered CEO Mark Fretwell in previous automotive sector roles, always understanding that there were very strong synergies between his specialisms and the products and solutions we had ambitions to develop.

What made you choose One Auto API?

The automotive industry has an exceptionally high level of 3rd party products and solutions, and Bluesky Interactive have always been a very proactive and collaborative partner in that space. 

One Auto API offered a real opportunity for us to increase the breadth of our integrations whilst utilising a centralised format and not requiring multiple separate relationships. 

We have begun our integration utilising the MarketCheck Fair Market Value solution as part of our cutting-edge Cognition vehicle merchandising platforms, and have intentions to further expand across other API options as part of our ongoing pipeline.

How was the implementation process?

The implementation was very straightforward. You can really tell that the focus of the solution is to offer integration consistency and that the product has been put together with integration and development as the core focus.

How is the ongoing support from the One Auto API team?

The support has been nothing short of excellent, with proactive flagging of issues and opportunities throughout. The response from the team is incredibly fast and comprehensive.

What are the most beneficial aspects of using One Auto API?

We have found them to be an incredibly collaborative partner, in particular recently they proactively approached us identifying a potential data gap in a provision we were using. They have now created a dedicated endpoint for us that joins up two disparate solutions, allowing us to maximise the coverage of vehicle valuations we can return for our dealer users.
