Can you provide a brief overview of Loyalty Logistix?

Founded in 2004 in Anglesey, Loyalty Logistix specialises in driving customer loyalty for OEMs and retailers in the automotive industry. How did you first discover One Auto API?

Success in this industry is built on a mix of expertise and experience and having known CEO Mark Fretwell for a long time, we knew that One Auto API would deliver a successful service for us. We worked closely at the early stages of the business and so have been lucky to be some of the first to benefit from the different services now on offer from One Auto API.

What made you choose One Auto API?

The key driver for us was the capability to continuously monitor and cleanse customer data from a multitude of DMS sources to mean that loyalty campaigns were better targeted and customer contact was always relevant. 

We wanted to ensure that the campaigns that we run daily using retailer’s DMS data only went to the current vehicle owner, even when targeting lapsed or at-risk customers that may not have visited in a while.
